Wolfwalkers

Wolfwalkers is the 5th Oscar-nominated film from our long-term partner/client Cartoon Saloon. For this project, Valley Moon’s involvement commenced from its conception, reaching out to potential Chinese partners and securing financial contributions from China. The film was consequently released in Chinese theatrically in 2021.

The breadwinner

The Breadwinner is the 3rd Oscar-nominated film from Cartoon Saloon. Building onto our past experience with Song of the Sea, we worked along with Cartoon Saloon and the film was welcomed on the big screen in China. The theatrical release would not have been complete without Valley Moon’s integral role in negotiations, events, press release.

Song of the Sea is the 2nd Oscar-nominated film from Cartoon Saloon. By partnering with us, Cartoon Saloon made their debut in the Chinese market with Song of the Sea being screened in China for the first time in late 2014. This was the beginning of a long-term partnership, catapulted by the official Chinese theatrical release of the beloved animated feature in 2015.

puffin rock the movie

Puffin Rock was originally an Emmy-nominated  2-season TV series from Cartoon Saloon, currently streaming on Netflix. Puffin Rock the Movie is the much anticipated film adaptation based on the beloved TV series, with acclaimed actor Chris O’Dowd resuming his role narrating the adventures of the mischievous yet loving puffins and friends. Jane has joined the team as associate producer. The film is currently in production, and is expected to be released in 2023.

PUFFIN ROCK (SERIES)

Puffin Rock is a Netflix Original 2-season TV series from Cartoon Saloon. Our involvement with the series helped it be distributed in China exclusively on Tencent streaming and be broadcast on CCTV (China’s state-owned broadcaster China Central Television).

Little Big City Beijing is a captivating and immersive experience of Beijing in miniature form. It showcases iconic moments of ancient city’s history from the invasion by Genghis Khan to the emperor's wedding in the Forbidden City all recreated with projection mapping, holograms, and more cutting-edge technology.
